Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to use KHAAT STUDIO lawfully and to respect the rights of others in every asset you generate, store or publish.

Credits are a prepaid unit of account for generation work. They are non-transferable and non-refundable except where a generation fails, in which case credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to circumvent credit accounting, or violate the content policy.

Third-party model terms

Some generation engines carry their own licence conditions, which pass through to you when you select them. For the CogVideoX-5B video engine the model licence requires:

"Requires free registration at open.bigmodel.cn. Capped at 1M visits/mo. Revocable. Non-sublicensable. No military or anti-national security uses."

Social publishing and third-party platforms

KHAAT STUDIO provides tools to create, schedule and send your work. When you schedule or publish content to an outside network (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook or LinkedIn), you are the sole author and publisher of that content. KHAAT STUDIO acts only as a technical conduit carrying out your instruction.

You confirm that you hold every right, licence and consent needed for the images, video, audio, likenesses and captions you send through your account, and that you will follow the terms, community guidelines and policies of each connected platform.

Every social connection is authorised by you, directly, on your own account. KHAAT STUDIO does not post through shared studio accounts. Nothing is posted without your press of a publish or schedule button. You are responsible for reviewing the media, captions, destination account and scheduled time before confirming, and you may cancel any pending item in your queue before it is sent.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless KHAAT STUDIO, its owners, operators, officers, affiliates, contractors and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgements, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• any content generated, stored, queued or published through your account;
• any alleged infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• any suspension, penalty or enforcement action taken against your connected accounts by a platform;
• any claim that content published from your account caused defamation, commercial harm, reputational injury or consumer confusion.

Limitation of liability

Publishing and scheduling are provided "as is" and "as available". Delivery may be affected by outside platform outages, expired authorisations, rate limits or network interruptions, and we do not guarantee that a post will be sent at an exact moment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KHAAT STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost revenue or profit, loss of reputation, reduced reach, lost followers or public-relations harm, arising from content that was posted, delayed, mistimed or not sent.

For any dispute about a publishing action, our total liability is limited to the credits charged for that send (returned automatically when a send fails) or the fees you paid us in the thirty days before the incident, whichever is greater.
